PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

A valid credit card number must be supplied and on record until check-out date.
DEPOSIT
Reservation deposit required, 50% of total amount for stay including taxes.
CANCELLATIONS
When cancellations are necessary because of last minute unforeseen events in life, we will gladly provide you with a credit for the amount of the deposit, to be used for the same room or better, same number of days. This credit is transferable and will be honored with a letter from the guest providing the names of the persons that are authorized to use the credit. It is also valid for 1 year from previous day of arrival.
The 50% deposit will be refunded for cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival. After the 30-day deadline has passed, there will be no refunds. Early departures cannot be refunded. The 30-day interval will end at 12 noon local time of the scheduled arrival day.
TAXES AND FEES
Local taxes and fees will be added to bill.
(17% local, tourism, and federal taxes.)
Much effort and expense are required to assure that everything is perfect for our guests and to provide the quality of services that we offer. Since we are a small bed and breakfast, and we have to maximize our occupancy, we have a two-night minimum stay policy. If you would like to check with us, within a week of your arrival date for availability we would love to accommodate you for one night. Thank you for understanding.
